Product prices, availability and discounts are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which GameVirox may accept or decline at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

GameVirox currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only. After submitting an order, you provide a transaction hash for the payment you have sent; our team manually verifies each payment before the order is marked complete. Orders remain in an under-review status until payment is confirmed.

You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the wallet address shown at checkout. GameVirox cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or network.

Delivery timing depends on the product's delivery method. Automatically delivered items are typically fulfilled shortly after payment verification; manually delivered items are fulfilled by our team and may take longer. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Because most products are digital goods delivered electronically, refunds are generally limited to cases of non-delivery, duplicate charges, or delivery of the wrong item.

You agree not to use GameVirox for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent our security measures, to submit fraudulent payment information, or to resell purchased items in a manner that violates the terms of the underlying game publisher.

Game names such as PUBG and Call of Duty referenced on this site are used solely to describe the products and top-ups available for purchase. These names are trademarks of their respective owners, and GameVirox is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameVirox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including account suspensions imposed by third-party game publishers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GameVirox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
